PAYMENT:


 

  • Full payment must be received before any goods will be dispatched.
  • Prices are quoted in £ UK Pounds and include VAT.
  • Payment will only be accepted in UK Pounds (£). All payments will be processed in the UK.
  • We accept the following forms or payment PayPal, VISA, Mastercard.

 


DELIVERY:


 

  • Any in stock Basses (no upgrade options) ordered for UK Mainland delivery, will be delivered within 2-3 working days where possible, international deliveries may take 3-5 working days for delivery, subject to customs clearance.
  • Any in stock Basses (including upgrade options) ordered for UK Mainland delivery, will be delivered within 3-5 working days where possible, international deliveries may take 5-7 working days for delivery, subject to customs clearance.
  • Responsibility for ownership of goods passes to the purchaser once they have been delivered.
  • Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be fully insured and carried out by one of our logistics partners: UPS, DHL and TNT within normal business hours. A signature at this address will be required.
  • The charge for delivery will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission for all orders. The delivery charge shown is a standard charge and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery date from the time you have placed an order.
  • All delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability and backlog.
  • ATC Music Enterprises Ltd can under no circumstances compensate for delayed orders.
  • ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY - ATC MUSIC ENTERPRISES LTD CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE IF REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

 



CONTRACT:


 

  • When an order is placed to purchase a Bass from ATC Music Enterprises Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you.
  • Any transportation costs for cancelled orders must be paid be paid by the purchaser, except in instances where the goods supplied are faulty. We can arrange collection of a cancelled order on behalf of the purchaser, a collection charge will be confirmed when the collection is arranged.

 



CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:


 

  • Please see the link at the top of this page 'Right To Cancel' with regards to your current rights when returning non-faulty goods within 14 days of delivery.
  • Custom/bespoke orders and special order items cannot be cancelled.
  • You are free to cancel any order before payment has been taken free of charge.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to info@anacondabasses.co.uk with the order reference in the subject field header and the word 'cancel'.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled where the goods have been altered by the purchaser in any way from the original condition.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

 



14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON ONLINE PURCHASES:


• In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2014, most goods can be returned for any reason within 14 days for a refund, including standard delivery cost. Returned goods must be in their original condition and should have their original packaging. We recommend that when arranging delivery back to us that you make sure your goods are insured to their full value whilst in transit.



RETURNS AND REFUNDS:


 

  • Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately, once we have received the goods back and inspected them. It can take up to, but no longer than, 14 days for the funds to show on the customer's account.
  • Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
  • Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
  • The customer has a duty to take reasonable care of the products while in their possession and during the cancellation period to maintain them in the condition in which they were supplied by ATC Music Enterprises Ltd. If goods are damaged or use of the goods has gone beyond the right to reasonably inspect and assess the goods, we reserve the right to seek recompense.
  • The customer has a duty to re-package any returned goods in such a way as to avoid any damage to the goods whilst in transit back to ATC Music Enterprises Ltd (ideally all the original packaging should be used). If the original packaging is not used the goods must be packaged in such a way that provides the same or equal protection as the original packaging. If this duty to pack the returned goods in an appropriate manner is not met, ATC Music Enterprises Ltd reserve the right to return the goods to the customer or to seek recompense.

 



CUSTOM BASS ORDERS:


Terms:

In order for work to commence on a custom bass, a non-refundable deposit of £1200 is required. Work on the ordered instrument will commence in the next available batch once the deposit has been received and all materials are in place. Should the customer decide to cancel the order at any stage after the deposit has been paid and work commenced, ATC Music Enterprises Ltd t/a Anaconda Basses reserves the right to retain the deposit.


Payment stages:

 

  • Deposit: £1200 or equivalent currency value (non-refundable).
  • Interim Payment: 50% of the outstanding balance.
  • Final Payment: Final balance due on completion and before collection. You will be notified approximately 3 weeks before completion, of your outstanding balance plus shipping costs.

 

Build Time:

 

  • Build time is currently estimated at 16-18 weeks from batch start date. Anaconda basses will endeavour to complete all work within this period. However, this may occasionally be affected by unavoidable circumstance. 

 


Spec changes:

Once the build has commenced, any changes to spec must be communicated to us by email. A new spec will then be issued and signed off by the customer before work can continue.



ESSENCE SERIES ORDERS/PRE-ORDERS:


Pre-Order Terms:

In order for a pre-order to be placed, a deposit of 50% of the total value of the instrument is required.  This allows us to place an order with our factory and includes your order in the next production batch.  Should the customer decide to cancel the order at any stage after the deposit has been paid and work commenced, ATC Music Enterprises Ltd t/a Anaconda Basses reserves the right to retain the deposit.


Payment stages:

 

  • Deposit: 50% of the total amount (non-refundable).
  • Final Payment: Final balance due on completion and before shipping or collection. You will be notified approximately 3 weeks before completion, of your outstanding balance.


Build Time:

 

  • Build time is typically 20 weeks from production commencement.  However, this may occasionally be affected by unavoidable circumstance.
