Anaconda Basses Ultra J Essence Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Delivery Window: Estimated delivery is between September–October 2026. Delays due to shipping/customs are rare but possible.
Non-Refundable Deposit: All pre-orders are final. Cancelations before production begins incur a 10% admin fee. After the early-bird period ends and production begins, deposits are non-refundable.
Balance Payment (if applicable): If pre-order is split into deposit + final payment, final payment is due on completion of production and before shipping.
Warranty: Your bass includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering materials and craftsmanship.
Customisation: Pre-ordered instruments are produced in fixed spec. No custom requests are accepted for this batch.
Shipping & Tracking: You will receive a tracking number when your bass ships. All instruments are securely packaged and insured.
