Dennis Dudley, Bassist, Producer, Arranger, Music director and film scorer, was born in the small town of Kinston, NC and currently resides in Greenville, NC. 


Dennis is a second generation multi-instrumentalist. Dennis’ first love was the drums followed by the keyboard, but as fate would have it he developed a profound love that was unexplainable but definitely destined. Astonished with his own skills of mastery he moved from 4 string bass to 5 string bass expeditiously. Dennis’s family recognized he was created for his musical assignment from the start, and there was something quite different about his gift. 


Dennis is a renowned bass artist that has travelled the world and had the opportunity to play in over 75 countries. Dennis’s professionalism, passion, perfection and his steadfast diligence began to open doors with legends and musical Levites to work alongside them in various conference tours, workshops, concerts and major studio sessions as well as lead music director positions.

Dennis has performed or recorded with various artist from diverse genres such as the Barry White tribute and Orchestra, Rance Allen, Kelly Price, Pastor Marvin Sapp, Tye Tribbett, Darwin Hobbs, Le’andria Johnson, Paloma Ford, Small Fry, Ruth La’Ontra,Neyo, Angella Christie, Kenny Latimore and has also performed on major networks such as The Word Network. 


Dennis is heavily influenced by John Patitucci, Richard Bona, Tom Kennedy, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Chick Corea, Jaco, Jeff Andrews, Adam Blackstone, Christian McBride, Keith Jarrett, Darrel Freeman, and a great friend Jamareo Artis (Bassist for Bruno Mars). 

Dennis is currently working on film scoring for several independent film directors that will be released in the near future. Dennis is also heavily influenced by Hans Zimmer and John Williams.
